The food was good and the staff were kind. the hotel was located in a nice area close to the mountains and there were a lot of hiking trails nearby. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel was not very clean and we found some hairs in the bathroom and on the sheets. the WiFi was also very slow and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to plan our activities for the day.

Enjoyed a weekend romantic escape in the mountains with excellent food and great spa facilities. The rooms were spacious and had amazing mountain views. We appreciated the easy access to the ski slopes and the daily activities offered by the hotel were a nice touch.
The internet service was unreliable at times which was frustrating. we found the indoor pool to be small and crowded.

Its peaceful and charming setting is surrounded by beautiful nature. the rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with facilities such as a kitchen and mezzanine floors, and provide a stunning view of the mountains. the hotel offers excellent service and serves delicious food, with staff members being very attentive and friendly. the hotel has a superb spa facility with indoor and outdoor pools, a perfect spot for relaxation.
There were instances where communication with the hotel staff fell short, resulting in misunderstandings and unnecessary expenses, as evidenced in some of the reviews.
